The Group Classes are Free for tenants of this building. Participants may book their spot 1 week prior and up to 2 hours before class time. Please BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT for your class - there will be exercises performed on the floor. Tenants are encouraged to participate at their own pace. By participating in these group classes, participants agree to comply with the terms and conditions.
