6-Week Small Group Strength Program
Service Description
Build strength, skill, and confidence in this six-week progressive program designed specifically for women. You’ll learn proper technique for key barbell and dumbbell lifts, develop a personalized strength foundation, and gain confidence moving through the gym floor with purpose. Led by a JAXFitness certified coach, each session includes focused coaching, progressive programming, and a supportive community of women working toward similar goals.
Cancellation Policy
Payment: Full payment of $240 is required at registration to secure your spot. Attendance: Please plan to attend all 6 sessions. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded. No Prorations: Late registrations or missed classes will not be prorated or credited. Schedule: Sessions run 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM on the Wednesdays. Location: Stantec Tower Fitness Centre Group Size: Maximum 4 participants to ensure personalized coaching. Minimum Enrollment: A minimum of 3 participants is required for the program to run. If the minimum is not met, the program will be cancelled and full refunds issued. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the program start date are eligible for a full refund. Commitment: This program is progressive. Each week builds on the last — consistent attendance ensures the best results. Late Arrivals: Sessions begin promptly at 7:00 AM; please arrive on time to complete the full warm-up and workout.
